冠詞

冠詞用在名詞之前分為不定冠詞(alan)和定冠詞the兩類(lèi).

考點(diǎn)一、不定冠詞的用法

(1)表示初次提及、非特指

The "Chinese Dream" is a dream to improve people's well-being and a dream of harmony,peace and development.

“中國(guó)夢(mèng)”是一個(gè)改善民生的夢(mèng)一個(gè)和諧和平和發(fā)展之夢(mèng)。

(2)用在抽象名詞之前,表示具體化.

a pity 一件遺憾的事 a comfort 一件令人欣慰的事

an honour 一件引以為榮的事

(3)用在人名或事情前可表示不認(rèn)識(shí)的人或不確定的事.

I can't tell you the way to the Toms’because we don't have a Tom in our village.

(4)用于 quite、 half、what、such+形容詞之后.

This room is rather a big one.

這個(gè)房間確實(shí)大。

She is so lovely a girl that all of us like her very much.

她是如此可愛(ài)的一個(gè)女孩，以至于我們所有人都喜歡她。

(5)含有不定冠詞的常見(jiàn)固定短語(yǔ).

a bit (of) 一點(diǎn) once a week 一周一次

as a matter of fact...事實(shí)上

have a gift for...在…上有天賦

a lack of 缺少 make a living 謀生

考點(diǎn)二、定冠詞的用法

(1)特指上文提到過(guò)的特定的人或事物或雙方都明確的人或事.

I have a car. The car is blue.

(2)用于獨(dú)一無(wú)二的事物前.

the sky,the earth, the solar system (太陽(yáng)系),

the universe(宇宙)

The earth goes round the sun.

(3)用于形容詞之前表示某一類(lèi)人.

the poor, the wounded

Life is like an ocean: only the srong-willed can reach the other shore.

(4)用于序數(shù)詞、比較級(jí)、最高級(jí)前.

①序數(shù)詞前、表示“再、又

It's the second time I've read this book.

②用于比較級(jí)前

the more…the more…結(jié)構(gòu)表示越…越

③用于最高級(jí)前

He is the most famous teacher in our school.

(5)含有定冠詞常用固定短語(yǔ)

all the time 一直 by the way 順便說(shuō)一下

in the distance 在遠(yuǎn)處

the day after tomorrow 后天

make the best use of 充分利用

考點(diǎn)三、零冠詞情況

(1)不可數(shù)名詞或可數(shù)名詞復(fù)數(shù)前,一般不加冠詞.

India attained independence in 1947, afer a long struggle.

(2)表示季節(jié)、月份、星期,三餐之前一般不加冠詞.

Spring is the best season of the year.

(3)一些表示地點(diǎn)名詞前

go to school 去上學(xué) go to the school 去學(xué)校

go to church 去祈禱 go to the church 去教堂

(4)一些辨析

in charge of 主管 in the charge of 在掌管下

in case of 假使，萬(wàn)一 in the case of 就…來(lái)說(shuō)
