　　it用作形式主語的用法

　　1)當不定式、動名詞、從句等復雜成分做句子主語時，為保持句子的平衡，通常把真正的主語放在句末，而句首使用形式主語it。如

　　It’s very important to remember this.

　　It’s hard work climbing mountains.

　　It’s unknown when he will come.

　　2)it 用作形式主語的重要句型。

　�、買t+be+adj.+for(of)sb to do sth. 某人做某事,

　　It is hard for him to make up his mind.他很難下定決心。

　　It was foolish of her to say such a thing.她說那樣的話，太愚蠢了。

　　提示：此句型中的介詞of 和for 的區(qū)別是： of 用于指某人的性格，屬性，特征等。介詞for 表示對象，意為“對, 來說”。

　　②It takes/took sb+時間段+to do sth.某人做某事花了, 時間。

　　It took me two hours to finish my homework.

　　③It is up to sb to do sth.該由某人做某事了。

　　It’s up to you to make the choice.該由你來做選擇了。

　　④It looks(seems,appears,happens,occurst)h at (as if) ,似乎,

　　It seems as though he didn’t recognize me.
